The Fino Partners’ Journey Throughout The Years

Founded in 2010, The Fino Partners started off with a mission to assist CPA firms in the USA with reliable offshore bookkeeping services, tax preparation, and accounting services. Since our inception, we have been committed to helping businesses of all sizes realize financial clarity, operational efficiency, and growth, with specialization in outsourced financial services.

2010 - The Beginning

The Fino Partners began their operations in 2010 as two dedicated minds, Karan Malhotra and Deepak Malhotra, secured two laptops and rented a small office space. The two men wanted to offer a top-notch outsourced accounting service which would provide exceptional service to CPA firms. The journey began with hard work and long hours which helped them achieve their collective goal of delivering excellence in US accounting work.

2012 - Rapid Early Growth

The Fino Partners reached a workforce of 50+ employees within two years of its establishment. We were proudly serving more than 20+ CPA and accounting practices across the United States. Our structured processes and consistent service quality helped us earn trust and build strong relationships in the industry early on.

2015 - Infrastructure and Security Expansion

The company established a fully secured Global Captive Center which operated from a dedicated floor space in 2015. The facility included CCTV monitoring, firewall protection and strict entry protocols to ensure data security. The company augmented its operational capabilities by onboarding another 100+ employees while also maintaining its growth trajectory.

2018 - Major Strategic Partnership

The company formed a partnership with one of New York's largest CPA firms in 2018. The company dedicated more than 30 employees to serve the firm during this milestone. Currently, this collaboration continues to grow because both parties trust each other and maintain their high standard of work.

2020 - Strength of 150+

Our team reached a total of 150 employees in 2020 and we extended our services to major CPA firms and accounting departments in the USA. Our business maintained stable operations while our client base expanded despite global economic challenges. Our expertise in US GAAP and accounting and tax support became our strongest pillars.

2022 - US Physical Presence in Delaware

We opened our first physical office in Delaware in 2022 to establish a stronger presence across the United States. Since then, the organization has built a dedicated team of 20+ professionals based in the U.S. office, including the Business Team and Client Success Team, to manage client communication, onboarding, and relationship management activities across the community.

2025 - 250+ Team Members and 300+ CPA Firms

The Fino Partners achieved its first major achievement in 2025 when it reached a workforce of 250+ employees. We proudly serve more than 300+ CPA and accounting practices across the United States. Our leadership team attended the Digital CPA Conference in Washington, strengthening our visibility and partnerships with CPA firms nationwide.
